The 2010 Commodity Classic will be taking place in Anaheim, California, March 4-6. The event will pull together leading growers, industry professionals, media outlets and some members of the general public to showcase the best of what agriculture has to offer.

If you’re not one of those who will be spending a few days in sunny southern California, you’re still in luck. Monsanto will be bringing you coverage of the show as it happens, so you can keep up on the latest trends in agriculture from the comfort of your home or office.

Just as we have for the Farm Progress Show, Husker Harvest Days, ASTA Seed Expo and The Beltwide Cotton Conferences, we’ll be bringing you stories, videos, photos, blogs and more from the show floor.

Be sure to check back to www.monsanto.com/commodityclassic2010 during the show to find out what’s going on. Coverage will include:

  • Reports from Learning Center Sessions, such as:
    • “Championing Agriculture: Speaking out for Agriculture”
    • “What’s Next for Ag-Based Biofuels?”
    • “What Capturing Carbon Means for Ag”
    • “Climate Change: Are You Sure You Know What You Think You Know?”
    • “Outlook for Agriculture’s Agenda in Washington, D.C.”
    • “Facts/Fiction of Today’s Farmers”
  • Monsanto’s booth presence at the show
  • Why farmers come to Commodity Classic – from the mouths of farmers
  • NCGA Contest winners
  • Commodity Classic through the years
  • Farmers’ thoughts on doubling yields
  • What the industry groups are up to
  • Much, much more

If you want to experience Commodity Classic without actually attending, this is your place to get in on the action.
