Underlying Monsanto’s R&D leadership is a culture of teamwork and collaboration. On our own, Monsanto is a leading innovator in seeds and traits. But while we are constantly enhancing ourin-house R&D discovery work, we also are enriching our discovery flow with an extensive network of third-party alliances. We have more than 1,200 active agreements with entities in the private and public sector around the world. We are the partner of choice for companies large and small, as well as numerous academic institutions.
